It seems there's a version difference in coin rush DLC packs. I don't know the direct cause but the only difference seems to be the load screen at the beginning saying "Please wait...". Some have it, some don't. So far, only Tegron34 seems to be missing it.
This causes somewhat of a problem with our current timing method. That's why it's going to be changed a little bit. From now on, timing starts when the screen fades into gold for the first time after starting the run. So, after the "Please wait..." screen but before the course showcase screen.
Every run is going to be adjusted to this timing method.
Anyone who runs/has run this game can go for the spot. I'm just not going to be that active for a while :p
You know how the coin block takes some time to fall down everytime you enter a new world? What if we would take the coin block at the start of M-B so that we would skip the falling animation (any% btw)? Of course it will come back once but still I would say that it's faster to pick one up (havent tested)
So apparently the all levels category has been changed to all castles, so this would make my guide useless, because you don't have to complete every level. FeelsBadMan
Im doing a star coin route for all levels atm but I was thinking do you have to go to every secret exit? Like for example 5-A secret exit doesnt lead to a new level.
Im thinking of running this game but if youre not active then theres no point of running this.
Can you do an individual world run after completing the world earlier? It would make it a bit faster
