For All Events, currently it's "just finish".

But of course, if doing the New Game subcategory (fresh/reset career), you'd need to place enough to both buy the vehicles and unlock the events.

Alright, here's what I gather about the other modes. Modes:

1. Circuit Race 61 tracks. Laps options is between 2-14 laps, with default at 5 laps.
2. Rally Race 27 events. Can be raced as staged events or nonstop single run.
3. Hill Climb 7 tracks. Circuit event, fixed at 2 laps.
4. Open Class 9 challenges. Circuit event, fixed at 2 laps.
5. Free Roam 9 locales. Each locale has 5 "discovery" spots. The discovery message for a spot still appears if you "re-discover" it.

The "individual level" boards could be used for these, maybe with vehicle classes as categories. Could also add "All x" categories.

But I'm still not sure how to handle the Circuit Race with its Laps option.

Well, as the other guy running this game, my idea is to put categories for other race modes, as current categories only cover one mode (the biggest one though).

Will flesh out the details later.

If you want "pure driving runs", the recently re-introduced IGT subcategory does aim for that, since towing and fast travel take more game time than just driving to the station/garage.

Have to admit that it's not perfect due to how the game time works.

• IL Sea of Tranquility
• Free Run 17 Tracks
• 2nd Campaign
• Campaign 100%

2. Is it actually okay to sabotage yourself to Final B and out for shorter time spent?

Info: The race structure is like these: Brief: Qualifying -> Race Full: Practice -> Qualifying -> Heats -> Final B (only if bad placing) -> Final A (longer than Final B )

The rules wording in Full is exactly the same with Brief, except for "using brief/full". And that rule would mean "don't skip any session" in Brief.

Futurama39's run for Elko-San Diego RTA is, as stated, run on version 1.4 and submitted as Post-Rescaling. But the rescale happened in version 1.5, which came AFTER 1.4. It means that the run is actually Pre-Rescaling.

I haven't see the requirements beyond these two levels, but I predict that getting Master will be really long, like Animal Crossing 100% long.

Is this still open? I had several in mind:

• On my calculation, the current "Buy class A Truck" category need net income that is around the same as the old "Lisbon to Warsaw", which is 9-10 times "Unlock New Country". Since "buy truck" might need to run same route all the way... bring it back maybe? Though personally I'm not sure if I can do a run that long.
• And while we're at it, I'd add "Rome to Newcastle", similar net income to "Class B truck" (5-6 times "UNC").
• I am also thinking of what I call "Around the Home". The objective is to deliver to every city in starting country(ies). Make subcategories on each country, except join those having exact same set of starting cities.
