So, on the 1.9+ Set Seed Any% category these aren't any speedruns for 1.14.4 or 1.16.4. So if i submit an speedruns in this category on these versions, will i thechnically will have the Set Seed Any% 1.16.4 (or 1.14.4) world record, even if my speedrun isn't on top of the leaderboard?

Are you allowed to use the 'modren' Version of The Mega Drive (The one with games already on in) in order to speedrun Sonic 1 or 2?

So there isn't an speedrun for 1.14.4 Set Seed Any%. So if i post a 1.14.4 speedrun in that category does that mean i will have a world record for 1.14.4, even if it's not on top of the leaderboard?
