Hi I am trying to do runs of true pacifist but keep softlocking doing wrong warps is there any really consistent techniques that make wrong warping more consistent

Thanks I was using survey program I will just use current patch for chapter 1 I would rather have 10 second time loss due to lag then an entire run being invalidated due to an issue I can’t control

Hi i was doing deltarune speedrun attempts and the game randomemly speed up does this make my run invalid and does this only happen on survey program

How do you add a kill count to livesplit? I don't know how to add it to livesplit and I see that other speedruns have kill counts.

I play a windows laptop too and mine the flashing happens to me . I am assuming it's windows 10.The flashing is happening due to windows is trying to run Linux because it is supposed to be running on a Linux operating system due to the patches but it can't because its on windows and that's why the flashing is happening

Ah ok thanks I used to run Xbox which I now run on Linux and remember doing the glitch during a run.

You can use the text boxes to wrong warp by holding up and right during the transition and pressing z

You cant send text boxes to other rooms you need to use the text box to wrong warp into the room.

skip to 35:44 for the wrong warp

You need to open the punch card twice and have the text box on "Like, what about it" and then hold up and right during the transition and press z. Then let go off left and right and open the menu

But you could also just blind buffer with the punch card after six steps which works but is less consistent then serious skip

To do the skip you have to be at 1 hp by getting hit by the lasers before cooking show skip. Once you get to the room before where you pull off the skip you need to skip the royal guards and get past alphys notifcation and then open the punch card again. You need to get to the textbox that says "Like, what about it" and then use that textbox to wrong warp into the room and open up the menu. Then open up the punch card and alphys will get to the textbox you said above which you can use as a visual cue to punch card the trigger which is the skip.

Second I don't know if you are using a guide but if you need one this is a link to Shayy's any% guide. Also I recommend using a 5 cycle for mad dummy instead of mad dummy skip.

I am assuming you are refering to mad dummy skip and news skip. First for mad dummy skip there is a guide which this is link to.

Also keep in mind you should use mad dummy skip when you have quite a bit of experience because it is a frame perfect trick such as having a good neutral time like a 1:01:XX.
