I was going to say sorry because I forgot something important, but no. This guy doesn't deserve it. The reason I was sorry (until now) is.... I forgot where I added the loading times. It wasn't 1/32 added to each course because Rainbow Road seems impossible. I had some good times (I added loading time to almost every course), but because I was bored (for whatever reason my timer stopped) I added a few extra seconds that way the match my time trial's records (I did them a long time ago). I did that that way I wouldn't have to calculate (I did that a long time ago too). Anyways I was going to say: I'm sorry for doing that mistake...... I though we (at least I) could forget that freaking run. It turns out people can't.... just can't..... Wait I said people, I mostly meant people from Canada (I'm greek I can't know every single english word).
Really, I don't think so, I checked the time trials and that's not true now let's talk about that 8:16 mushroom cup. Nobody said that mushroom cup's loading time will be added to mushroom cup courses. I added 1/32 of the loading time in each course. You kind of are correct that's probably the issue. I'll answer that silly question (Where are these better runs which you speak of?). The run was sadly not recorded for whatever reason and the run is nowhere to be seen because of the moderators they didn't reject the run, but they didn't show it either. It's like they think it's possible, but they don't want to break the rules and allow a run which is that good, but doesn't have a video. 3K hours? Do you think I'm stupid? Believing that is as difficult as believing that I was 11 minutes faster than the world record holder.
You know, 8:16 Mushroom Cup is achievable (I've even seen better runs of the Mushroom Cup). I even kind of messed up GCN Dino Dino Jungle and (the new) Bowser's Castle (and Shy Guy Bazaar). By that I mean that the record is real and that it can be improved. It's ridiculous and the fact that the run wasn't completely perfect makes it even more ridiculous. Do you know how the Super Mario Bros. record improved so much. It's the same with Mario Kart 7, but kind of glitch less. Well you wouldn't say that my Rainbow Road run was glitchy, what I would say is that it was really all down to luck. By the way from everything I saw from your account I can see that you are a Mario fan, but you don't know which records are possible.
btw you can tell from which part of the world i am just because of the courses' names like koopa city, (it's neo bowser city somewhere else, i think in america) and wuhu mountain loop is maka wuhu in some other places.

Tell me if you set up that tournament you were talking about. Speedrun.com's moderators still don't believe my Mario Kart 7 (all cups) run is is achievable, but a tournament will prove that I am not a stranger who puts random times in random games. It's also going to be fun. My time was 1 hour, 10 minutes and 6 seconds.
I'm sorry moderators of speedrun.com but I can not actually record the speedrun plus I would have to do the run again, as i said in the speedrun description that you probably checked I just started speedrunning and it would be almost impossible to do it again because that run was just perfect. I know the rules, but you should add this to the rules: If your time is less than X:XX:XX you must post a video too. That wasn't part of Mario Kart 7's rules. You, shouldn't believe anyone, I know but please, please just skip this, I really can't record any videos. Well... I don't know what else I should say, but please believe me, I know the rules, I didn't cheat. Of course I didn't use TAS (Tool-Assisted Speedruns) in order to get that time. I don't even know how to download TAS and stuff. Please believe me and make my really difficult to do run appear on Mario Kart 7's speedrun thing. Moderators please just accept the fact that I don't have a video... Bye!
