I found out you can do the Elevator skip without the ball, sadly i dont find a way to get the false ball at the begin of dungeon. Still more research to do

Yes i finally found the Elevator Skip, i try to make a video and upload it as fast as possible. The Skip is not rng maybe and easy to make.

Since you can now do the Elevator skip, you can just skip kraid dungeon completly, you can Trigger the Final Boss with the normal Rocket.

So because its a video and its easier to see a new Topic and finally a possible Kraid skip

So i discovered two things, the first thing is the game save then you reached 42 Zyphoids and not then you kill a boss.

With reaching 42 Zyphoids it looks like every Zyphoid on the Worldmap despawns.

I checked two locations there i definitly not killed the Zyphoid, one was in the ship and the other in the near of the missile weapon.

it is possible to get the second Zyphoid on head near the Four Missle Upgrade, then its possible to skip the boss. Also it is possible to get 43 Zyphoids before you Enter the dungeon and need only to kill one. I need to time it, but it could be a faster route(not faster, at the moment).

Another Edit:

if you not take the Savepoint in the Ship, after the Missiles you can get one Zyphoid in the near, kill you, start in the Opening again, kill the Zyphoid and you have already three Zyphoids. But since you must play the Intro again ect. i think its not worth it

Just a random fact, you also can kill 5 Zyphoids on the map, get killed, respawn in the Opening and you have after that 7 Zyhpoids killed, two in the Opening and 5 on the map.

Edit: Edit 2: both routes should work, i tested it, so its possible to skip Kraid, without change the route and without the softlock and second Zyphoid in the dungeon. The second Zyphoid falls trough the map or so and you can actually kill it before Boss room.

I forget something, iam not sure it could work, but if you go the actual route, you can trigger the second zyphoid in kraid dungeon, kill the third one, try to get second one on you head before boss room, take the missiles, go out of Room, let Zyphoid from you head, kill it and do the warp.

Alternative you trigger second Zyphoid, go to Bossroom and do the same as before, then go to third Zyphoid and kill it and then do the warp.

I think its just for the fairness, because not everyone want to buy the dlc or has it. Many other games with dlc´s do that too.

But its only my thinking, maybe it has other reasons

I found out how this works, i check other rooms in the game.

Looks like every other room beside this one and red key, spawns the enemies, every time.

I would say look a few speedrun videos or try it yourself.

For Jason Any% is it kill the bosses that you need, dont do any other things, like taking mines, upgrades ect. Must of us has his own speedrun tatics and we think the best way to learn, is to try it at you own.

For 100% there is a guide in the forum, not updatet yet for new versions, but could help a little.

Destroyer Mode do it only you want it, its really hard and frustrating sometimes.

We knowing that since 2-3 weeks and its not really useful, since it only works with gates so far. Since the yellow one is a enemy it doesent work and i think you would day on the way to area 2.

Timeskip/Save Warp

• Enter a checkpoint
• Save the game.
• Exit to title Screen
• Load the Game
• You should now on the last Checkpoint or Dungeon entrance you have enter.

You can use it for the most of the Map Dungeons. Dungeons and Area Entrance save a own Checkpoint. For better explain here is a Video.

alternative route, there i take map in area 5 after area 6 because you can skip dungeon.

Area 1

• From the start go to the Dungeon with the Area Map.
• After Obtain the Map go straight to The Mother Brain Bossfight to get the Hyper Beam
• Now go to the Moster Head that is north on the Map and get the Life Up behind it
• Go now to the Dungeon with the Inition Bomb and enter Area 2 after this.

Area 2

• Go straight to the Area Map
• Now get the Homing Missiles
• On the Way to the Area 2 Boss get the Laser Shot and then go straight to Area 2 Boss.
• Now Enter Area 3

Area 3 100%

• Ignore the First Dungeon on your way and go the normal Way to the Area 3 Boss.
• Take the Flash Grenade Dungeon on the Way and then get the Savepoint before Gear fight.
• Kill Gear and use the Timeskip/Save Warp strat. Go from the Savepoint to the right and get the Jump Booster.
• After the Jump Booster go Straight to the Area Map and then leave back to Area 2.

Area 2 100%

• On the Way back to Area 1 get the En Guard/ Gun Guard after obtain it use the Timeskip/Save Warp.
• Now get the Life Up and use again the Timeskip/Save Warp.
• Go now to Area 1 and from there go to Area 4

Area 4 100%

• Go straight to the Maximum Shot
• Now you can get the Area Map or on the Way back.
• Get the Health Upgrade that is inside the Dark Dungeon behind a broken wall.
• Get the Spark Tackle/Dash and dont touch any Checkpoint after this.
• Kill the Area 4 Boss, get the Key and use the Timeskip/Save Warp
• Go the Way up to Area 5 i prefer to go the normal way back, because i think its faster, but you can go trough the Door hall.

Tipp for the Frog Boss:

Stand on the Entrance and Fire in a Angle, shoot missiles and normal shoots to kill him fast.

Area 5

• Get the Shield Mine on you way down.
• Now go the Way to Hard Shell and take the Life Upgrade on the Way to Hardshell that is in the Mini Dungeon before the Boss.
• After Get the Life Up and Kill Hard Shell, go back to Sophia 3
• Now go back you Way to the Area with Hardshell and Obtain the Turret, you can do it without the Light Grenade, but since you have it it doesent matter.
• Go now to Area 6 take the down way, because is faster.

Area 6 100%

• Activate the Ice Machine and get the Area Map
• Activate the second and third Ice Machine and get up to the Remote Blaster.
• From here go to the Cannon Shot
• Get now the Checkpoint and get the Life Up, use the Timeskip/Save Warp.
• Go now to the Area Boss and get Wall Climb
• Go back to Area 5,4,1

Tips for the Icicle Boss:

Use the Spark Upgrade of you gun, Shoot direct forward after enter the fight and kill with two shoots a lot of them now enter the free position on the front wall and kill the ones left and right. the go Clockwise and you should not get in trouble with the boss or the flying things. Then you has the Sophia Missiles use it direct on the start and try to hit as much as possible of them.

Area 5 100%

Get the Map and use Sophia Missile to open the wall

Area 1 100%

• Get the Thunder Breaker and go to Area 2,3 and 7

Area 7 100%

• Get the Area Map
• Get the Heath Up
• Get the Acceleration Blast, yeah this Dungeon is dumb.

Tips for the Dungeon Boss:

Use Turret in front of him. Shoot with the Strongest upgrade of you gun At half of his health use Sophia Missiles and he should be dead.

• Now go the Way to Skeleton Boss, the upper Way in the Dungeon is faster and you can stun enemies with the flash grenade.
• Kill Skeleton Boss
• Enter Area 8

Tips for Skeleton Boss

After you get Sophia 3, go to his Head and fire with normal Shoots and Missiles on this, should kill him i 10 seconds.

Area 8 100%

• Get the Area Map
• Get the Health Up in the Dungeon
• Get the second key

Tips for the Boss

Shoot with Spark Upgrade and dont move from the start. Set a turret here and go to the left or right side Change weapon to the strongest Upgrade(hopefully you have it) Shoot on the Boss then he is on the Turret and you should kill him in 10-20 secods.

• Now go the Mutant Lord

Tips for this fight:

Shoot with strongest Upgrade on him, set the turret before him so long he is stunned. Switch to the Spark upgrade and get near him, fire now so fast you can and you should kill him in one Turret Phase.

Tips for Overlord

Green Phase - Use strongest shoot to destroy Meteors, with fire you can stun him. Blue Phase - Use Spark Red Phase with Needles - Shotgun stuns him Red Phase with Aoe - Use Spark and get away from him

Use Turret in all Phases, but the carefull if it destroyd he goes straight too you. At half Health use Sophia Missiles and kill him.

-Now you Enter Area 9

Area 9 100%

 -  From start go to the Left, take the checkpoint and enter the door that is down.

• Enter the Left door and now go straight to all doors and enter the Dungeon to get first key.
• Go to the Right enter the door, go to the next door and you should in a huge open water area.
• Go now to the right upper corner and get the Key there.
• Now go down to the door that leads to the Dungeon with the Area Map.
• Leave the Area with the Map Dungeon, enter Sophia and go to the right down corner.
• Go to the Next Key Dungeon
• Go a little back and enter the door that is mark with A Now its straight Forward.

Sophia Boss Fight first form:

Use the Sophia Missiles to make him 25% less Health Wait he opens the Door and use strongest Gun, Spark Gun to kill Enemies on the Way back. Then you has enough health go straight trough all damages things besides the enemies. Walk a little from left to right to avoid Sophia shoots.

Sophia Second form:

Use Laser and you should kill him really fast Enter him then you can Shoot him dead, dont use Acceleration Blast its slower. Boss Weakness:

Mother Brain:

-Second Upgrade or strongest Upgrade stun here, strongest Upgrade kill her faster.

• Use grenades while you shoot.

Crabullus:

Use the pierce shoot, makes the most damage on him Use Grenades to kill arms.

Gear Fight:

Depends on luck use the Laser shoot, normal Shoots and missiles.

Spark Salamander:

Flamethrower do a lot of damage and stuns him. Use turret

Hard Sheel:

Use the strongest upgrade and you should kill him in two shoot phases of him.

Crabularva:

Use Spark gun and turret.

Minibosses are always spark or strongest upgrade.

I take the choice for a PS4 only category because the PS4 its a lot slower then the PS4 Pro and PC Version. On PS4 its nearly impossible or impossible to get 3 Stars in some Missions, one of them is Mission 12. On the PS4 Pro looks all normal and you can get the same times as the PC Version. I posted a thread in the Ubisoft forum and hope they will fix the timers, that you can make a 100% run on the PS4 too or i take the time and try to get the fastest time, and poste a 2 Stars time for the missions that are impossible to clear with three stars.
