not sure about that @Moorea, gonna have to look into it. If you can get 4th there and continue that would make double skip so much easier.

A 3:39:44 really is impressive, goes to show we have a long way to go still.

in my defense I would be running 1.22 if I had the chance to, sadly the limited disc space on my PS3 does not allow me to patch even when I delete everything else on the hard drive.

However I do like the glitch route. If 1.22 ends up having some skips like 1.00 does it might be necessary to have an any% and any% glitchless category on here in order to have anyone able to compete in the way they like to play the game.

Well I just checked. GT 6 B-Spec doesnt have a speed-up option so it's probably not better.

The Chaparral X :D I can't even use it. I wish. But a sub 4 is possible even with 1.00 just need to put in the time.

Also @Orbis_P wouldn't B-Spec be faster ( assuming you can speed up the race like in GT4 ) because you got all that money to buy cars that win the early races almost automatically.

I can't test this because 1.00 doesn't have B-Spec sadly.

This new Any% WR makes me wish I could use any other version of the game other than 1.00 ( My PS3 doesnt have the necessary disk space for the Updates, even with everything else deleted.

I mean starting the game with an awesome car and 1.3 M to boot after just one event? I need a new PS3! :D

No, sad to say the game is pretty dead as it stands. I'm still trying to for sub 4 any% but not actively at the moment as a 4 hour run ist pretty taxing, even more when RNG is involved so late in the game.

It not beeing my fault doesn't make the video re-appear and that doesn't look good. I will soon follow up with a better record and properly save that one ( pretty sure it had something to do with me not highlighting it or smth. )

I have just checked the leaderboards as I realised I couldn't find my video on my twitch anymore. I was trying to review the parts I messed up and how plausible a sub 4 is. Turns out my video has been deleted for some reason unoknown to me, I haven't reach out to twitch yet.

As it stands this is my only video I have up:

this is my 4:35:12 run that was approved before. I will now take down my time on the leaderboard as it currently is not provable and this is a turnoff for everyone looking to start running this game.

If it doesn't default to my old record I will submit it again so at least we have the 4:35:12 up.

I kind of think that defeats the purpose and I don't know about other runs doing this. I think we should decide that after you did the run so we can see how long it will be.

I honestly like the Idea as I have started routing 100 KM Career and got some notes for 100% allready aswell. I think the biggest hurdle are gonna be all gold coffee breaks and missions but I am willing to compete if you put out a good run.

I do, like the other mods, doubt that anyone has the endurance you would have to have for a single segment run of this. If you can do it, more power to you, but obv we need to see you are serious about this first.

I stopped when the movie began just to be safe. Last input is when you press X on the "Leave" Menu.

That should be the last input.

It definetly shouldnt be finsh line. It should be when you "end championship" because, as I said, you can skip the last race ( or the last 2 races with good rng ) so you wont ever drive over that finish line.

Hey Guys, since this is any% Glitches and Skipping tournament races is legal right? because if so, sub 4 is easily possible to reach the credit movie.

Also if that is the case, the last nurburgring-race is skippable so stopping the timer at the finish line doesnt work tbh.

The end should be timed when you confirm the last input before the movie starts.

Hit me up if you need any information on the route, you guys should be able to get sub 4 with a bit of luck. since my PB is a 4:11 or smth with the PS3 controller
