Has there been a final ruling if Preps can be "un-timed" or "skipped" (and if said player is unable to buy them can they just do them before hand then start timing on the start of first set-up? I've been wanting to do these heists but knowing how difficult it is to get a solo lobby on PC without constantly without losing time or a teammate (loading) somewhere is near impossible. And don't get me started on doing the preps in a populated free-mode session.

I know for "All Acts" it would be hard to get preps done with out paying for them.

When Rockstar stops updating GTAV the App will probably stay in the stores, (Android,Apple) The only time when it will even be considered to be removed is when VI comes out and they use the same thing again in there, but i'm sure they'll make a setting on changing between games.
