Hello! I just started running. I have two very noob questions. I notice people do instant slides. How exactly do you do that? Mine either don't work, or completely run out of momentum. Another problem is the big water gun if you know what I am saying. Where you shoot the huge blast of water. I am not sure about how to do that. Thanks!
