Hello! about ps3s, You can play ps1 games on them but because certain versions of the ps3 can save massive time during loading sections and how hard those models are to get, we chose to not include them on our boards. As for emulation, here's what our rules say:

Emulators: If emulating, you must use Bizhawk version 2.4.1 or above with console accurate (stock/default) settings. Controller or keyboard controls are permitted. No other emulators are permitted. Players MUST record their inputs (.bk2 movie) for their runs. Moderators may request the runner to supply the input file for their run if they suspect the runner of cheating. Failure to provide an input file when asked will disallow the run being accepted on the leaderboards. Bizhawk can be downloaded at https://github.com/TASVideos/BizHawk/releases

Sorry for the late reply but We can definitely look into cleaning up the IL leaderboards for tenchu 2 if that's something you're interested in running still.
