Looks like I answered my own question, on Mega even though streaming the vid has no audio (they dont support AC3 codec) but you can download and watch with the commentary. (EDIT: I did find out I can change it to libmp3lame when I encode the video so all subsequent runs do have audio and commentary)

I feel like trying to upload my runs on YouTube are too risky to get flagged, so I am up to any other suggestions on where I can upload the video footage of my run to without fear of it being taken down as I am just too lazy to bother with censoring it.
