Noob here, Donut Plains Ghost secret can't be done without a cape, but what about the secret exit in Valley of Bowser Ghost House, don't you need a cape for that as well? Isn't no cape a 94 exit? How to get 95?

As I new runner I think that 0 Exit as a main category makes sense. It's the fastest anyone can possibly do the game and I think that's very important.
