There are a whole host of differences, sorry for the delayed response! Super Cloudbuilt is much more physics based in it's movement and simulation, it's a lot easier to conserve momentum and Demi reacts more realistically to her actions. This can lead to a bit of a heavy feel compared to the original, but it also raises the skill ceiling significantly and allows you to do a bunch of really cool stuff. The original also had a far different gun (which can actually be unlocked in the story mode) which allowed for a couple different techniques, and a lot of the game breaking speedrun techniques of the original are gone (corner jumps, pathfinder tricks, etc.).

Also the original had some different levels, namely the battle challenges that didn't make their way over, as well as a level editor for community made maps. Super Cloudbuilt has several new levels of it's own, and also all the level from the original have been massively overhauld both in terms of visuals and gameplay.
