FranceSeason X simply mean that the time end at the END of the Season X,So,Moon means that the time end at the end of the moon.
I think that i can't tell you the version but if you have the game on steam you can ask mods(with the steam proof that you've the game) on discord and they'll give you the speedrunning patch if you've the game on steam

I think as LouLou123987 said a very good race on console would be around 10min on console and on pc around 8min but on but a decent / acceptable race for a 1st run would be a 14-15min on console and 11-12min on pc I think
Everything will depend on the availability of moderators and verifiers there are days when the moderators will be very active and other days much less,also know that the moderators have a lot of runs to check and that they cannot check everything in a day your run can be checked in a day or a week as I said it all depends on the availability of mods / check

Hello I watched a lot of speedrun on hello neighbor but I realized that in the basement of act 3 I was doing the glitch with a kind of fake house on the screen but there are a lot of people doing the glitch with a tv I've been on it for 3 hours now and I haven't succeeded once I manage to propel myself in the air and touch the wooden thing but when I land the shadow moves anyway and the fence is there can someone help me on that.
