Medway Speedrun Marathon is an event that aims to bring speedrunning to the south east of the U.K., whilst raising money for fantastic causes. We are based at the University of Greenwich!

Hi, wondering if I could be added as a moderator for both London Racer for PS1 (https://www.speedrun.com/London_Racer) and Taxi 2 on PS1 (https://www.speedrun.com/taxi_2). The moderators for both haven’t been active in almost a year, and they are unreachable because their social accounts aren’t active anymore. I have had a run waiting to be verified on the London Racer boards for 5 months now. Thanks :)

It's a really fun game that's nice for new players to get into, but also poses some challenging strats and techinques. The community is amazing and very helpful, and the game is genuinely fun to run. Look forward to seeing you on the leaderboards :D

The backwards compatibillty of all of those consoles is actually pretty close to the original consoles, with a bit of upscaling, obviously. It's not really comparable to an emulator as that's ran on a custom, fan-made piece of software with varying degrees of accuracy. So yeah, backwards compatibillity should definitely be allowed :)

If you hold down shift when you click on the transformation points, you can scale freely.

To be honest, if you've got a PC that can handle an emulator, you've also got a PC that can handle the base game. So yeah, I don't think an emulator should really be an option considering the PC version exists, and would almost certainly run better than an emulated version.

However, please don't try and torrent it illegally, as nine-times-out-of-ten it will come with either no audio, no cutscenes or a virus. And it will be blatantly obvious if you try and run the game that you've got it illegally. As rodge said, lots of game shops will have it, along with charity shops or thrift shops.
