How to get 100% of the game using the file for IL speedruns and practice

To get this on mGBA then you need to do this step
1. Download Super Mario Advance 4 [Wii-U e-reader levels].sav
2. Rename it to be identical to the name of the ROM, e.g. Super Mario Advance 4 - Super Mario Bros. 3 (USA) if you have the name of that ROM
3. Put the .SAV in the file where the ROM is (.gba file) that you currently want to run
