Hey all, I've just started running this game and have a pretty good time down, but I wanted to check if I submit a run where I've started by clearing the files as instructed but hit continue instead of new game will that still be accepted?

It starts the game in exactly the same place and state, but it skips having to watch the into cutscene each time that isn't included in the time anyway. Cheers!

Hi!, yes you can press continue, since it does not affect the passage in any way, except for skipping the opening scene, so yes, the run will be accepted. But there is an important point that I forgot to add to the rules (already corrected) that you need to delete the progression file only when the game is closed.

Ah perfect! Thanks for letting me know so quickly. And yep I made sure all the progress was reset on the stats screen before starting.
