This run went extremely well with no unintentional deaths. Some highlights :

• Almost no time lost grinding for the Silver Sword.
• Reasonable amount of random encounters.
• Excellent boss patterns.

Room for improvement :

• EXP needed before Helwig and some hesitation to take an intentional death led to more than 2 minutes lost.
• An extremely slow final boss fight (almost 7 minutes, when it could have taken only 3...). The usual patterns never seemed to work. When we were at low HP, extra care was needed not to throw away such an excellent run.

Still, the lack of unintentional deaths largely compensate for all the time lost elsewhere. Sub 2 h 20, and even sub 2 h 15 is attainable with the current route, althought I won't be trying it for a while !
