Hello everyone,
I am new here and I have discovered a trick regarding the Corn Boss, in which I have not seen from anywhere else. Whilst replaying on the Corn Boss level I have discovered a trick that you can use with any character and on any level. I call this trick Corn Husking and I am posting it here as well as other places for others to use in their runs of the game.
HOW TO PERFORM CORN HUSKING

Once you have reached the Corn Boss level, switch to the bow and arrow and proceed to the boss normally.

After the cutscene has finished, begin to spam your bow in order to attack it

Once the boss has gone inside of its husk, continue to fire rapidly and do not stop, since the boss will retreat to another location.

Continue to fire upon the boss until it is defeated and claim the horn to proceed.
EDIT: RazorMan97 has informed us on this forum post about a small blurb describing the Corn Boss glitch
"Xbox 360 Glitch In the Xbox 360 version, players may choose to use tons of arrows combined with a high Agility level, because if you keep shooting the Corn Boss with arrows as fast as possible, it will stay in his husk and won't be able to move or attack. This still does full damage while the boss is in his husk and you can keep him there even after you kill him." - Castle Crashers Wiki
