We're allowed to use a save that has all cups unlocked, but without that, you'd have to win to unlock the next one... Else, lets just 0-3, 0-7 and 0-7 all the first three cups and speedrun Bowser cup? No logic there...

100% agree it should be added to the rules for clarity

Hey guys,

New-ish runner... (few days). I've pushed my PB far enough in Rookie All Cups that I'm satisfied with it and ready to move on to higher difficulties and longer runs (All Cups & Super Cups).

All credit to RyanAlu, that 46:46 Rookie All Cups is something else!

The one thing I noticed through watching several other runs on the board, is that there seems to be a way to skip the loading in the standings when entering a cup..?

Let me give an example to clarify what I mean :

• Go watch RyanAlu's WR Rookie All Cups as he enters Mushroom Cup, selects rules, then Mario and Toad, and is then thrown straight into the "side select" of the first game... while looking at other videos, everyone else seems stuck on a 2-3s loading (rotating ball bottom right) while the empty standings are shown...

I've tested this several times and no matter what I did, I couldn't skip this loading whatsoever... There has to be a way..? or is it hardware specific..? (I do not know de wae)

I am not asking this to "call anybody out", just wanting to improve my runs and I usually tend to do so by studying what's been done before... as I said RyanAlu's WR in Rookie All Cups deserves a lot of credit, it has near perfect menuing, no in-game mistakes and perfect RNG... I wouldn't be shocked that its less than a minute behind a TAS run (its THAT good).

Looking forward to run the higher difficulties soon! :)
