I would like to know if there is a category similar to the way I conceive the any% route of this game

• Start the game from scratch.

• Pass the first four cups in professional mode and finding the lost pieces in the process.

• Pass Frantic Finale and then credits.

I do not think there is an any% category. The closest thing to it I think is the 100% run category. The Cups category are mainly for fastest time.

I'm not opposed to having an any% category. I think what you described is interesting and adds more layers of strategy onto this fun racing game however, I do not want to erase my files with all my saved times to start a new run. The solution to this is Emulation & that is probably the preferred way of running this category if it is added.
