Is there a rule agains using arcade stick as a controller?
Since It doesn't hurt me as much and I find it easier to use it instead of a Dual Shock/XBOX controller, would it be allowed to use that an arcade stick for it?
You can use whatever controller or input device you want to as long as it adheres to the rules.
