No video cause the computer I'm on sucks. Get Smash to 5 after getting break, then spam training fights in the third zone. Sell blue items and equip red items. Sell the magic-only red item that the Rockstar drops. Maximum phys piercing. Once you have 1400 or so damage hit the story fights until the fight before Baron, then get your damage to 2k if it isn't there yet.
