I did this speedrun to commemorate the (slightly late now) 1 year anniversary of me starting speedrunning the Adam (true/real, not fake like yellow shirt Vertic) Vex games. Vex has probably made more of an impact on my speedrunning career than SM63. I have met many amazing people during my time speedrunning Vex, most notably Vexxter and some other people. I still plan to have a few Vex speedrun goals after this for me to snatch up in 2022. Thank you Vex for always being there for me, especially those times when I was bored and had nothing to do, also that time when I got muted from the SM63 server for 3 months, also that time when daedlus banned me from the LSUC server when I directly told him the game was bad. Flash game wise Vex at least makes the same tier as SM63 for me and I still wonder if I will ever find a Flash game quite like it to speedrun again (no red ball doesn't count lol).

For people wondering about how good this run is, this run is really bad lol. Yes even worse than the Vex trilogy all categories WR. If Vertic were to optimize this category I would guess he would get a 37min or so run. I do not plan to improve this PB at least anytime soon.
