United StatesHey, I made 2 Theory TASes for the Board Glitch category! Since I'm not a professional TAS speedrunner (I'm barely a professional RTA speedrunner haha), these can definitely be improved with better optimization, item management, and enemy RNG. (*Note: I'm using RTA timing rules and not TAS rules for these.)
This TAS is based on my current 2nd place RTA route (which itself borrows from MatChariot's RTA route as well as a couple of tricks from Samsara's TAS)

Some topic ideas:
What are the best weapons to have at certain points in the game for each character? Which items to pick up and leave behind? What level should I be at now? When is the perfect time to use tonics? When to use the "call commands"? Fastest way to beat Lady Mamiya. Best way to always get Dynamo Skip. Etc
I've played the game several times and the boss on level 3 will not spawn! Is this a known glitch, or am I doing something that is causing the boss not to spawn? I'm pretty sure there's a few more levels, but can the game even be completed? I'm using Rev A and haven't tried Standard yet. Maybe it will work on Standard.
Not really speedrun related, but just wanted to share some of my findings from searching through the Sweet Home & Sweet Home Prototype roms.
This one is really interesting. I found a secret passage that leads from the dungeon to the basement! You just need a mallet. Also, you have to use the mallet on the dungeon side, and won't work from the basement side. None of the maps I've seen online have shown this. I think this is more useful in casual play, but if anyone has any ideas of how this can be used in a speedrun, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I was just added as a moderator! I'm currently working on reorganizing the leaderboard. I plan on making the main categories "Any% Glitchless", "Any% Dynamo Skip", and "Any% Board Glitch". The sub categories will be for the original Japanese version and the two English translations.
