That seems more complicated than it has to be. honestly the inputs for the plant despawn blant and the normal blant aren't that different since you still have to slow down to not bonk on the pipe.
you wouldn't do warpless because its the same ending as any% but you could do any%, then mwe to enter second quest and then do second quest any%. mods probably wont add anything unless you have actually done a run though

banning pipejumps for a category would just make l4-2 impossible, 8-1 harder, and tas 8-2 impossible

i thought this was about the other minus worlds that you usually cant get to without level select cheats but this is much worse
well we arent allowed to share roms because thats illegal and the nintendo ninjas are scary. the most we can do is say do a google search. I use the 25th anneversary pal wii rom and that is allowed if you come across it.

Well if you did a double fast accel at the start you could do it if you held R+D and even if you touched the ground for a few frames you would still accelerate back to full speed
you just need to practice them. pipe jumps and blant are complely muscle memory. i dont know if your tracking your 8-3 patterns but if your not you should practice reacting to patterns. 8-4 is free :)
are the codes built into the game? still probably not though.
