This run accidently got the tarmac light puzzle cutscene skip and was not allowed on the boards when it was done back in July 2023, with the new rule change on that I can now submit this run, time was 1:16:45 before penalty. Dreamcast is not a good port of this game but if someone decides to run DC, this time can very easily be beaten. I suspect DC can be sub 1 hour if someone is willing to fully grind it.

Verifier Note: Tarmac Trouble's puzzle cutscene did not play during the run therefore 8s were added to the final time.
