Hey I'm new to zombies speedrunning, just a few questions:

Is a speed meter required in the video? Are custom clients like Plutonium allowed? Are there any prohibited console commands? (besides the obvious ones) Are bugs/glitches/exploits allowed? Anything else I should know about that I'm not asking?

I plan on Speedruning cod on the Wii. But can I use a emulator because I don't want to spend $60 on a copy of it.
