I'm thinking there should be a category dedicated to beating the Creaking Skull boss as fast as possible, and since the times would probably plateau it should probably have glitches allowed too

We have no plans to add any partial game categories to the leaderboards, especially one that, at your own admission, would have times plateau pretty quickly. There are also no glitches that would speed up getting to or defeating Creaking Skull quickly known at this time.
