To use Blobby Boost you first need to have the Blobby Companion, Then to preform the trick you hold Right & Forward and Jump.

Lava Skip Tutorial

The Lava Skip is used by the top 5 runners in the glitchless - current category to skip multiple levels on the obby without being classified a glitch. This is due to the trampoline physics that the game has in that section


When you get to the final trampoline that takes you through the sky to the next level, walk  (DO NOT JUMP) into the corner of the right side (or any side, right side is optimal) 

Then, position yourself in midair to hit the other right corner (closest to the next level) and bounce off it. instantly (or a bit before if you become better at it) start holding W and aim to land on the top of the right wall that has not been sealed off with a roof, if done right, this trick can be performed every single attempt and helps cut off more than 30 seconds.
