Leaderboard changelog!

• All Normal Levels category added (no race, chase, or boss levels)

• Any%, 100% and ANL now have OoB and No OoB subcategories - Any% (No OoB) is thus a subcat now and not a separate category, and 100% and ANL No OoB exist now

• Other NG+ cates moved to misc with Cheat%

• IGT is now the official timing method for all full game runs and IWs, not just runs that start from new game. Thus NG+ runs and IWs need to show IGT before starting the first level or RTA timing (with loads) will be used.
