Bind the confirm button from the game's settings to mouse wheel up or down as an alternative keybinding.
Submitting runs like that is not valid, as they effectively become segmented runs instead of single-segment. You'd have to find a different capture solution, sorry.
Hey 108Sins,
We appreciate the approach you took and did not get discouraged from running something you thought might be fun even though there is no category for it on the leaderboards. That being said, SL1 Any% Glitchless reaches the levels of arbitrariness we do not think are fit for the leaderboards, at least for the time being.
You are very much welcome to submit your run into either the Any% Glitchless or SL1 categories, but please make sure to highlight only the run in question, do not submit the entire VOD with a timestamp.
Good luck in your future attempts.
You can always submit your run to the No Wrong Warp category, your view seems pretty narrow minded.
There is a better way to solve problems rather than crying in a wrong forum about stuff that is not even true ^_^
I'd like to point out that yes, indeed runs are in the Load Game category. However, neither of them is even faster than the easy WR. That category seems pretty much pointless. Merging the two categories together would kill the New Game category, which would devaluate even more runs than just the two in Load Game. I think the solution is pretty apparent, either delete Load Game or just leave stuff as it is currently, if you do not want to remove the two runs in Load Game.
Hey guys,
I do not like the fact that upgrading your HW can save time in a game. However, I understand that straight up banning it is also a non-logical solution.
What I ask is this, add a filter to the leaderboards for the 'Disc type' - HDD or SSD. I've seen several games on srdc use this filter (Kingdom Hearts, Crash remaster, ...). They also use a filter for the console type, PS4 Pro or PS4.
Thanks for reading this through, I feel such filters would at least make some stuff more transparent.
No console type since no one actually runs on PS4 Pro or a PS3. It is up to you though, I just say it's useless for most part. Also you yourself claimed its the numbers I put above there :D If they are not accurate I am sorry, still want to add those filters however.
Hey guys,
so Yoranto upgraded his PS4 with SSD. I did the same thing, it saves apparently roughly 15s in any% and roughly 20-25s in glitchless.

They also use a filter for the console type, but since PS4 Pro crashes with TLOU and doesn't really make a difference, I do not think that is necessary.

For long we have sought after a consistent deer setup, well here it is.
