I have a time faster than the time I currently have submitted for the 150L category, I recorded it as a 30 second clip but it only starts just as I clear the last line, would this run still count?

I'd say that a recording of just one line clear would be enough to show that it was a legitimate recording. the time moving, and the animation of the blocks falling, and the animation of the game ending.
