should this category require strands? i dont believe they are necessary for getting the 100% achievement on each level

Confirmed. getting the "Perfect" achievement on a level does NOT require you to get the strand as well. IMO the strands should NOT be a requirement for a 100% speedrun.

I went ahead and made the change. Considering the game has been dead for a while now, and you are the only one to show interest in running 100% lol. I don't know that I agree with using the steam achievements to define 100%, but strands really don't add much, so I'm fine with it.
