Since the bxt timer doesn't show up on screen for some odd reason, am I allowed to use LiveSplit to track the time?
you need this command:
bxt_hud_timer "1"
start runs with autorecord and bxt_timer_start with the following command (with "x" as a key you like)
bind "x" "map c1a0; bxt_hud_timer 1; bxt_timer_reset; bxt_timer_start;bxt_autorecord run"
You also find these information in nyu's speedrun guide (setting up the game) and i think in d0t's tutorial as well.

Unknown command "bxt_hud_timer" when i tried bxt_hud 1 to see if that changes anything Unknown command "bxt_hud"
did you set up a .bat file like this video explains?
i'm not sure if executing them seperately blocks some commands from working so this is worth a shot.
"Error creating process: The system cannot find the file specified." this is my batch file code:
"D:\Counter-Strike 1.6\Counter Strike 1.6\Bunnymod XT\Injector.exe" "D:\Counter-Strike 1.6\Counter Strike 1.6\hl.exe -game valve -noforcemparms"
did i do something wrong? (i edited it to -game valve instead of -game valve_WON because i don't have that version)
Maybe your quotes are in the wrong place. Try this:
"D:\Counter-Strike 1.6\Counter Strike 1.6\Bunnymod XT\Injector.exe" "D:\Counter-Strike 1.6\Counter Strike 1.6\hl.exe" -game valve -noforcemparms
it works but it launches the injector first then the game and when it opens the game, it takes like 30 seconds to load to the main menu and the injector keeps hooking and unhooking the functions and when the game finally loads, the injector unhooks
