To reflect the rules for the upcoming speedrun tournament, there is now a whitelist of emulators that will be allowed for leaderboard submission. You may now use the following emulators:
Project64 versions 1.6 and above Dolphin versions 5.0 and above
Project64 version 2 was previously banned in the SpeedRunsLive ruleset due to an increased frame rate at which the games ran, but we never gathered any evidence to confirm this. With the release of Project64 version 3, this rule no longer serves a functional purpose. We encourage every emulator user to use the most recent versions for the most stable gameplay experience.
