I really don't think there's a whole lot that could be practically improved about this run. Better execution in the Underworld is really the main thing. Even average RNG in the sand trap room didn't hurt a whole lot here.

Played on DosBox-X 0.83.17 at 3000 cycles/ms, using the music patch. Final time determined by counting frames in Avidemux.
