DLC is fine for NG+ in my book, we can change this.

I personally think it should be a Y/N option, just the simplest solution and you can easily change that in the future with out too much problem.

I was going to do a NG+ run, and saw DLC was allowed so I got the Level Cap DLC and am now Level 120.

Since the new mods banned it, I'm kind of in a tight spot since I don't think I can lower my Level to 99 can I?

its changed Blue, sorry, that was an oversight on my part. I had forgotten about the level cap DLC
