I'd like to suggest a few rule implementations for the leaderboards.

1. For Goal%, time starts on the first frame the clock counts down. This creates a more consistent starting point. Time would continue to end on the frame the goal is counted.
2. For Win a Fight, time starts on the first frame the health bar is shown. Time ends on the first frame their health hits zero. This provides a consistent reference point to measure and keeps the focus on time the player is actionable instead of waiting on animations.
3. For Championship and Franchise, there isn't currently any rules posted. I suggest we allow the in-game cheat of First to 7 Goals Wins (3-2-3-Left) to keep the games from being a roughly fixed time. Time starts on the first frame the clock counts down in the first game. Time ends on the frame the final goal is counted on the final game.
4. Custom and All-Star teams should be banned for all categories except Franchise where it's required. I believe their inclusion hurts the competitiveness of the game/runs. Otherwise, everyone would run a full 20-stat team against a full 1-stat team. All cheats besides First to 7 Goals Wins should be banned. All current runs already comply with these rule suggestions.
