Hello, I was wondering, why does everyone use Wii?

Is Wii faster? Or is it just due to ease of accessibility. If I played a Japanese copy of sunshine using a freeloader would it be the same as Wii?

if you dont have homebrew you will need it as there is a program called AnyRegionChanger to play japanese / usa and pal games
