Quick update on the leaderboard!

• The 100% Category has been removed/archived. Nobody has uploaded any runs to this category in the past few years and it genuinely seems not fun to play.
• Rules have been revamped to be more clear. Timer ends on killing the Royal Pupils.
• Re-ordered the categories based on current activity. i.e. Full-game has most activity on Four Players whereas Individual Levels has most activity for Two players.
• All the current pending runs have been verified! Some runs have gotten re-timed.
