Yo, I'm going to speedrun Lemma but I want to make sure about rules of run. Could You(moderators) prepare rules for Any% category? For example: one fps limit for everyone, where timer should end etc.

I'm a scrub who didn't know about the forum part, I know this is very late response but what ever.

The rules are actually set in the Any% they're just hidden by default. The timer starts when you hit the chapter Rain in the new game menu and ends when the final cutscene loads(see the loading... up in the corner).

As for fps limit there's no knowledge about any specific fps being superior to others and since it is possible to set it through the game options it is fine to go with whatever you want for now.
