I've created a short video presenting my findings about the Magic Start Button. It confirms what most already know regarding when to push start. It includes a visual aid to show the precise timing as well as some technical explanations.

I would like to know what you are basing this on. I was thinking of writing an emulator script over the weekend to find the point during the start sequence that has the highest statistical chance of getting the good technodrome RNG.
