Yo, I wrote up a pastebin on how to run User Deck categories. It includes a guide to set up the savegame.dat to start off, the deck used in speedruns, as well as explanations of what each card does, and how it's used in a run. I understand why the time is set to 10 AM, because of the wind on Route 13, but what is the reason the game needs to be set to February 14th?
