Actually I just got an idea

Well not technically IL's we could make Categories in the IL leaderboard here on SRC for completing different areas (I forget what they are actually called) for example completing every Misty Lake level or every Titanic Plain level. It would all be timed by RTA

I think a game that does this really well is NSMBW so if you want an example check out that games IL leaderboard and the individual world speedruns

I just wanna add my thoughts on the "Final Frame the time is on screen" even tho FlyingFox already said that isn't do-able and to that I say wouldn't people who record at 60FPS have a disadvantage because an extra frame would be added to the final time? So would that mean you have to record at 60FPS for the most accurate time?

I think that's about right so that method wouldn't really work out too well

But in general I think we should just leave IL's alone if it's gonna be this complicated and we can't get every stage :/

So I'm very interested in Speedrunning Marathons and I have a few questions

First, How do marathons stream other people's gameplay, like how does GDQ Stream the runners gameplay if they aren't really there and everything is done online?

Second, How would I go about Promoting a Marathon, How would I get it popular enough for many people to donate and most importantly participate in it

Those are the only question I have ATM about Marathons

The best Speedrunner is obviously HolyMoly like Holy Moly Guys how do you not know that, back in the day he was the king of cheating- I mean Speedrunning you already know it

Imo It's not very polite to purposely create a debate about other people

Pretty sure It's impossible to create a TAS on a Roblox game You could Technically Splice a run together and call that a TAS but that's not really TAS Either way the WR is already pretty fast and a TAS would barley improve on it

I say this about every game but if you run a game glitchless aren't you just playing the game in 1 sitting but trying to make that sitting as quick as possible.. while Speedrunning with Glitches feels like Speedrunning especially when you watch a runner go Out of Bounds or something. It really puts you in shock and makes you go "Wow this guy's good"

Personally just my opinion but I also feel like 90% of the people who ask for Glitchless are just Lazy or they think that the Glitches are too hard (in generations case, that's fair)

If you have a Normal Office Mouse Don't use it I'd recommend using the Mouse that comes with your Laptop or buy a External one for PC's (Though Jitter Clicking and all that Jazz is Quicker)

Idk man, All you are doing is Doing Any% but you stop the Timer when you reach Spagonia. You might as well just learn Any% and Have a Split for Reaching Spagonia. That's just my Opinion but I highly doubt category's so Similar to Any% would be Added
