I updated to the emulator lastest version and the tracker doesn't detect the game anymore or the emulator in that matter. Anyway to fix it without downgrading

I suggest you keep a copy of the emulator that you use specifically for speedrunning. I think that's what most of us do as the emulator itself is fairly small.

I have a more up to date one that I use for playing online casually as it loads faster.
