In my recent 100% category run AI behavior was off. In each of the 10 deathmatches AI skipped the building phase for the first three turns. This made the deathmatch so boring even my play was weakening because I was so bored.

Normally AI uses its turn using the following formula: build, collect, shoot. AI not using any buildings for the first three turns makes the deathmatches so much easier and faster. I managed to do a few world record times with this bugged AI but I think we should make a separate category for it. Reason being that we don't even know yet what causes the AI to behave like this. It also makes deathmatches so much more boring and makes strategy less relevant because you get so big head start.

Tldr; Make a separate category for bugged AI especially in deathmatches.

I see that AI is using mortar, cluster bomb and minigun in Greek 2. Earlier they always used only bazookas and grenades which is obviously a benefit for a runner. Any idea why they are using stronger weapons now and making impossible for me to get a good IL run there?

100% should be a main category alongside with any%. In 100% you actually have to win the circuits as well as unlock the Tournament of Champions and beat that as well.

In contrast, you only breeze through the circuits in any% without winning at all and even the wr in that category doesn't even win the last cup which is kind of weird when you think about it really. Do you really beat the game by finishing 2nd in the last cup?

In 100% the objective is much more clear. Get gold on all tiers including the Tournament of Champions. It should definitely be a main category. I would also like to have discussion about any% to have some clearance in it.

How is it determined? Does the game calculate the results based on on-track positions or is it completely random? For example if I wreck someone at the start will he be guaranteed a bad position?

PC and console (PS1, N64, Dreamcast) leaderboards are now separate. You can still do Dreamcast runs on this leaderboard if you play on pc using RVGL's DC campaign option.

Re-Volt: Custom Levels leaderboard will be removed in the upcoming days. If you want to compete in custom levels you can naturally download them from re-volt.io or www.revoltworld.net and join many of the different Re-Volt discord servers in re-volt.io. The most active time trialing community is on Re-Volt Competitive discord server and I strongly suggest joining there! We do time trials, competitive online multiplayer and some challenges from time to time there and you're warmly welcomed :)

We are going to combine stock time trial times into one big leaderboard. Rookie, amateur, advanced and semi-pro categories are very niche and they take a lot of space in when you open level leaderboards. We think the categories should be stock cars, DC cars, Probe UFO and Practice star. We will not delete any times. We will put all the times into one big leaderboard where player can submit multiple times if he is using a different car. This will make things more interesting as you can compare how different cars perform in a single track. My proposal is that video run is required only for PB time with the best car. We are going to do this change in the future.

Tldr: -Combining 5 categories into one -Makes every car playable -Big leaderboard for more competition
