Forgot to say this earlier, but we talked in the Discord and we decided to bring it back.

This will overall make the speedrun more engaging and challenging (in my opinion).

I think we put a point limit for each chapter for Chapter Speedruns. The reason is because if you max out your points (say by doing the 1-1 Squiglet Grind over and over again), you can just breeze through the game. In my opinion, there should be a point limit on (before you start) each Chapter (mainly after Chapter 1 because most people start Chapter 1 with 0 points). This is just something I thought could be improved about the Chapter Speedrun category.
