Yes it is fixed, you have to downpatch the game if you want to do the majority of the glitches.

As I was watching the TR 2013 and ROTTR leaderboards I noticed that their background images are wonderfull with a badass looking Lara and a beautiful colored scenery compared to this one wich looks really dark. But this is my opinion so I'm asking if some of you are agreeing with me and if so, if it would be possible to change this image.
