The fact that Power Punch was the thing that saved your run was incredible. :)
@pikashy Man… can’t believe how cruel people can get. As someone who’s been bullied myself, I give you my condolences to how you were treated back in 2020, especially when you made the bounty. It’s important to treat others the way you want to be treated, something I know all too well can be a huge problem in the Internet age.
Speedrunning the game itself can be fun.
GRINDING IT, HOWEVER, IS BRUTAL.
I don't know what's more impressive - the fact that you did this with three stocks instead of the usual 5, or your solid Yoshi Team.
By the way: the only reason I say its a 10:59 in the video is because I split late. XD

On the bright side, at least you don’t have a lot of time to make up if you want to beat Salami’s time. It’s only 24.78 seconds.
Another noteworthy mention is that a 15-second Early Vanish Cap entry will only save around 17 and a half seconds, so it’s unlikely we’ll be doing this soon.
Early Vanish Cap is now humanly possible. Granted, this was done in an emulator and you have to mash like your life depends on it, but it's finally been done.
A 37:5X and a sub-37:40 IN THE SAME DAY?!
Goodness gracious, if only I didn’t have to balance college with speedrunning… but then again, even if I did, there would be no way in the seven circles I’d stand a chance against this record.
